Vintage 80s black sheath dress with elaborate short puff sleeves. The sleeves have a ruched design and a row of black buttons down the center making them the focus of the dress. The dress has back zip and hook and eye closure and is unlined. It is made of lightweight, slightly sheer polyester fabric with a slight texture.
