Vintage 80s navy polka dot dress, flared mini dress with matching belt, size 14

Vintage 80s navy blue flared dress with white polka dots. It has a rounded neckline with a long, rounded edge collar that extends almost all the way down to the waist. The collar has a white panel which gives the illusion of an undershirt but it is fully attached and not removable. The dress has short, slightly puffed sleeves that are tapered at the end. It has several large pleats at the front waistline and two side pockets. The waistband is elasticized at the sides and back. The dress has back zip closure and shoulder pads. It is unlined and comes with a matching belt that has a gold tone buckle in the shape of an uneven crescent.

Fabric: 100% cotton

Condition: The dress has some color fade at the left sleeve, probably due to the way it had been stored over the years. The sleeve is just a tad lighter in color than the rest of the dress. This is not immediately noticeable unless viewed in bright lighting or when closely inspected. Please see the closeup images of the sleeves in the listing photos. The dress is otherwise in unworn condition with original tags still attached. It was purchased at the now-defunct Bon Marche department store.
