Vintage 80s blue silk two piece set, diagonal plaid crinkled silk skirt and blouse set, size S small

Vintage 80s dark blue two-piece skirt and blouse set made of crinkled silk with a subtle diagonal plaid print. The top has a tiered, slightly ruffled collar, long sleeves with ruffled cuffs, and tie closure in the back at the nape. The skirt is slightly flared with two side pockets and has a snap button and flat hook closure. The material is very lightweight, crinkly, feels like silk, and has a sheen.

Size: missing size tag but estimated to a size small. Please use the measurements below to ensure an accurate fit.
Fabric: crinkled silk
Care: hand wash gently, hang to dry. Steam as needed. This outfit has been gently laundered.

Condition: The elastic at the sleeve cuffs have lost their stretch. There are a couple of faint splotches on the skirt but not too noticeable unless closely inspected (please see last photo). Both pieces are otherwise in good vintage condition.
