Vintage 80s aqua blue tiered ruffled dress, V neck ruched party dress, Samantha Black, size 8

Vintage 80s light aqua blue dress with a sheer floral burnout layer on top of solid fabric in the same color. The combination of fabric gives the dress a more formal look since it has a silky sheen to it, making it a nice dress for parties or special events. The dress has a wrap-style V neckline, ruching on the left side of the waist, and a dramatic three-tiered skirt with soft ruffles. It has long sleeves that are sheer and the last tier of the skirt is also sheer. The dress has shoulder pads and back zip closure.
