Vintage 70s floral dress, ruffled collar secretary dress, size M medium

Adorable vintage 70s floral dress in a navy blue color with bright colored flowers. It has a whimsical ruffled collar, decorative buttons at the left shoulder, and long cuffed sleeves. The waistband is elasticized and the skirt is flared. The material is lightweight polyester that is slightly sheer. The dress is unlined and has back zip closure. Belt is not included.

Condition: The elastic at the waistband has lost almost all its stretch but the dress is still very wearable with a belt. The rest of the dress is in good vintage condition.
